“Our kids were in their early teens it was an unbelievably wonderful house to entertain friends and live in.”

“It’s been a place of joy and liveliness,” he said.
“We’ve had dogs, chickens, cats, and birds, and like most homes, there’s been a lot of time spent in the kitchen, cooking, laughing and joking.”

Mr Darrouzet noted the home was constructed to commercial standard by one of southeast Queensland’s top builders.
“It’s an unbelievably well-built property, and there was no expense spared in its construction right down to the things you can’t see such as the air-conditioning or the sprung floor on the basketball court,” he said.

“My kids have grown and flown and I’m spending more time in Airlie Beach,” he reflected.
