Embattled radio King Kyle Sandilands has been bunkered down in his luxury mansion as he plots his commercial future.

Sandilands has largely been laying low in his exclusive home in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs since his on-air spat with long-time radio partner Jackie O exploded three weeks ago.

The blow-up has now resulted in ARN terminating his KIIS contract, Sandilands revealed on Wednesday.

“ARN has just announced that they’ve terminated my contract. I don’t accept it,” Sandilands said in a statement.

The supposed termination follows a two-week suspension that was meant to expire at midnight on Tuesday evening.

ince the saga began last month, Sandialnds has been photographed several times outside his stunning Sydney home.

It’s just as well Kyle has a good eye for property, because his home in Vaucluse – where the median house price is $9.5m, nine and a half times the national average – is a beauty.

Kyle and his wife Tegan Kynaston snapped up the incredible home that boasts views of the Harbour Bridge for more than $13m in November 2023

Sources close to the pair at the time revealed they loved the privacy of the two-level four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with pool and double garage, just a four-minute drive from where they had been renting near Nielsen Park.

They were also said to be keen on the home, because of its proximity to good schools for their young son Otto.

At the time of the sale, agent Ray White Double Bay’s Alan Fette had several buyers interested in the very private home, which sits on a generous 1,018 sqm but Sandilands won out at a time when the Vaucluse market was at its peak.

He has put up his weekender in Sydney’s North West on the market with a price guide of $5.7m to $5.9m.

The radio star paid $3m for the expansive property in the Hills District in Sydney’s North West in August 2022 with the intention to build a Hamptons-style family home.

Sandilands and Kynaston committed to a complete overhaul of the home before later deciding to sell.
