A musician and his wellness influencer wife have sold one of their luxurious Noosa properties and put a $12m price tag on another one in the same street.
Nick Broadhurst and Melissa Ambrosini are yet to find a buyer for their “wellness” house in Little Cove’s Mitti Street — nearly a year after first listing it for sale.

But their three-bedroom penthouse down the road that the couple previously lived in has just settled for $5.51m in a deal with an interstate buyer, negotiated by Rick Daniel of Coastal Noosa.
The couple purchased the unit in 2022 for $4.24m.
It comes as they embark on a renewed push to sell their current home — an impressive, four-bedroom house complete with a self-cleaning magnesium pool, Infrared and hot coal sauna, and lights designed to put you to sleep.

They bought the property in 2022 for $5.5m and built an entirely new home on the site designed to help you “live longer”, according to Ms Ambrosini, who is an author, podcast host and TEDx speaker focusing on wellness.
In a YouTube video about the home, the couple discuss the inspiration for its design.
Mr Broadhurst describes it as “Zen minimalism meets Mediterranean Soul”.
“It is essentially a healing home,” he said.
The magnesium, self-cleaning pool is a highlight.
Ms Ambrosini said one of her favourite places was the kitchen, which she described as “the heart of the home”.
“And this is one of my favourite pieces,” she said, running her hands over the huge limestone island.
The home was designed by Suncoast Building Design and built by Avalon Projects, while the interiors are by CLO Studios.

Other features include 4m-high cathedral ceilings, archways, a sunken lounge room with a gas fireplace, expanses of glass and feature landscaping utilising native plants.
There are three bathrooms, and multiple living zones, including an upstairs retreat and a two-car garage complete with EV charging capabilities.
There is also Circadian lighting to support natural sleep cycles, whole home water filtration and a Zip HydroTap with hot, cold and sparkling water, premium appliances, and ducted airconditioning.
