When researching your short-term rental competition, you don’t just want to know their estimated monthly income, daily rate, and occupancy rate. You also want to see what amenities they offer.

Now, when you look up Airbnb comps in a specific area, you can also set filters to display listings with certain amenities. With this, you can see only the most similar properties, allowing you to compare your rental’s performance and set your rates more competitively.

  3. Select Airbnb Comps.

If you’ve been applying the same filters in most or all of your property searches, you can now save your preferred combination so you can use them as many times as you want by selecting your saved filter from a drop-down. You can also create and save multiple filter combinations, which you can use across any and all property searches.

Where to Find This Feature

  1. In the Map Property Finder, apply your selected filters.
  2. Click Save Filters in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Assign a name to your filter.

This will help you look at more properties without opening their details page and switching tabs.
