One of the north shore’s most exclusive and recognisable homes has had $3.5m sliced off its asking price in a second tilt at finding a buyer.
Last year the dramatic cathedral-domed Castle Cove home, which looks a bit like a spaceship, was listed with a $23m guide.
Now the waterfront reserve property has been relaunched, with a different agency, and goes to auction in July with a $19.5m guide.
No.47-49 Neerim Rd is on a double block, 2537sq m of land, and has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and parking for six cars.
