Have you ever wished you could step into Will Smith’s shoes from his Fresh Prince days and live the gilded life in your very own Bel-Air mansion?
The good news is, you can … in the very same property that Will rocked up to in the 90s sitcom. All you need is $US30 million ($A44 million) and a one-way ticket to California.
The iconic pad that housed the fictional Banks family is hitting the market for the first time in almost 50 years at the end of January, The Sun reports.
That means that – for one very well-funded property buyer – they’ll be able to live within the sprawling site of TV history.

Situated in the luxe LA enclave of Brentwood, the 1937 estate features six bedrooms and seven and half bathrooms.
The Georgian Colonial house was used in exterior shots. Indoor scenes were filmed on a soundstage.
According to TMZ, the Fresh Prince house is currently serving as a filming location for a Netflix series, keeping the famous exterior in front of cameras even as it prepares to change hands.
The house last sold in 1978 for $US732,000, according to public price records on Realtor.
In 2020, the property was listed on Airbnb for just $US30 ($A45) a night to celebrate the TV show’s 30-year anniversary. Smith was listed as the ‘host’.
“Ready for the freshest staycation ever? If this place looks familiar that’s because it’s just as fly as it was when I first rolled up the driveway,” the Airbnb listing read.

Rumours about the upcoming listing have been circulating on social media for The Altman Brothers, an LA-based luxury real estate agency.
“Yo homes to Bel-Air! One of the most iconic homes in Los Angeles is about to hit the market,” an Instagram post reads.
Real estate agent Sasha Rahban will be representing the property, according to the social media posts.
In a surprising twist, Mr Rahban wrote in a 2023 Instagram post that the Brentwood Park residence was his “childhood home”.
“It has been an amazing journey for my family to be associated with this Classic all time TV show,” the post read.
