When the inputs are identical and publicly available, they stop being a meaningful point of differentiation. The seller comparing two agents on tools is comparing them on a variable that, in practice, does not vary. The real differences lie in judgment, execution and the relationship, which is exactly where a prepared professional should steer the conversation.
