Troy ‘Candy’ Williams and Adrian Portelli
A waterfront mansion owned by influencer Troy ‘Candy’ Williams has officially changed hands in a $2.5m deal after billionaire promoter Adrian Portelli raffled off the home to a winner who chose a significantly lower cash prize instead.
The northern Gold Coast party house, dubbed Candyland, hit the market in 2023 with an asking price of $2.8-$3m, before being snapped up by fellow social media identity Portelli.
The sale price was previously described only as “really great money” by marketing agent Emil Juresic, with the transaction yet to settle as Portelli offered up the designer five-bedroom house plus jet ski as a prize through his business, LMCT Plus.

Young rich lister Portelli, known as the ‘Lambo Guy’ for his flashy style and extravagant property bids on the Block TV series, is now listed as the owner of the 2020-built home, after the winner of the prize draw opted to take $1.8m instead of the house.
Portelli and Williams share a love of luxury cars and have partnered in promoting lucrative social media giveaway campaigns, also presenting a tour of Williams’ fully furnished five-bedroom, four-bathroom home with a pool and pontoon.
“If these walls could talk,” Williams said.
“I had the best times of my life here.”

The Helensvale property on a 480sq m lot was set over two levels facing north to the canals off the Coomera River.
Highlights included high ceilings and quality finishes with multiple living and dining areas, a sleek kitchen fitted with custom cabinetry, and a stylish barbecue entertaining area overlooking the pool.
There’s also a home office, two wine cellars, bespoke lighting and stone feature walls.
PropTrack data shows house prices in the suburb were up 12 per cent over the past year, to a median of $1.7m.

Williams founded custom car detailing company, Eye Candy Motorsports, in Melbourne in 2012 and moved to Queensland in 2020, purchasing the house for $1.64m six days after it first hit the market in January 2021.
Portelli’s luxury property portfolio included a $39m Melbourne city penthouse, as well as another Gold Coast canalfront mansion which was also subsequently offered up as a prize through his business.
Williams and his partner Anita Cassin splashed $4.65m on a contemporary mansion fronting a golf course in a nearby estate in April last year.
