The search is on to find a developer to purchase the 1.72ha site.
Fifteen homeowners in prestigious Pymble have banded together looking for a developer to buy their prime multi-million dollar homes situated 250m from the station.
And word is they’re looking for more than $140m.
Normally it is the developer that does the courting of homeowners, not the other way round.
But one of the residents in the vast Orinoco St and Livingstone Ave site is an agent and he is heading up the search for a developer to buy the 1.72ha consolidated block.
Joseph Choi, of RE/MAX Prestige, has put together the largest development site in Pymble, capable of holding up to 386 new dwellings.

The well-located property is capable of housing 386 new dwellings.
He wouldn’t be drawn on a price guide for the 15 homes but the median house price in Pymble is $3.54m and homeowners were looking for offers of at least $140m.
Numbers 2-18 Orinoco St and 16-26 Livingstone Ave have been approved as a State Significant Development with new buildings able to rise up to 22m in height.
Choi said the site is bounded by roads on all sides and has no immediate neighbours.
All 15 vendors have agreed to sell together in a coordinated sale process, there are no bushfire, flood or biodiversity constraints and the land is elevated with potential views towards the Blue Mountains.
Agent Joseph Choi said it was a challenge to persuade all 15 owners to be involved.
Much of his property video centres on nearby schools including Abbotsleigh, Barker College, Knox Grammar and Ravenswood.
Choi said it was a challenge to persuade all 15 owners to be involved and they were hoping interested parties would come forward before April 30.
