A luxury home on a sprawling parcel north of Brisbane complete with an epic motocross track visible from the sky has been crowned the state’s most-wanted property for sale.

The property at 1-59 Spratt Rd comprises three dwellings along with a working berry farm on a 19.59ha allotment at Caboolture in the growth region of Moreton Bay.

PropTrack data shows it was the most-viewed property in Queensland this week among listings on realestate.com.au.

The unique estate is marketed by Harcourts Connections agents Melissa Brooker and Tahlia McCosh.

Billed as “the ultimate lifestyle retreat”, features include an expansive motorcross track with distinct dirt paths, tight turns and varied elevations, captured by aerial imagery.

Back inside, there’s a huge games lounge with a sandstone bar – the room’s walls lined with a jaw-dropping array of trophy heads, while the main house also has a 25m pool which was named Qld’s best lap pool in 2023 and 2024, according to marketing material.
