It has “exquisite finishes”, a kitchen designed for entertaining, automated lighting, climate and keyless entry and Sonos sound throughout.
There’s lift access directly into the penthouse.
The Nuzest website says Bolland created his range of wellness products with his daughter, Monique, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2005 at the age of 22.
“Monique’s prognosis was confronting,” he says.
It’s just one of 15 residences in the Encore development.

“The future felt uncertain, and we were told there was little we could do.
“But we weren’t willing to accept that. We began searching for answers, speaking to health professionals, scientists and nutritionists around the world.
“Together we explored modern medicine, natural therapies and the role of nutrition in long-term wellbeing.
“What we discovered was simple yet powerful. Good nutrition can help people feel better, support their longevity, and bring a sense of control back into their lives. That discovery sparked our mission.”
The penthouse goes to auction on Saturday, May 30.
