A rare slice of land in a popular pocket of the Gold Coast has hit the market.
On the market for the first time since 1993, 154 Oceanway Pde, Burleigh Heads is a 1130sq m lot with 360 degree views of the Gold Coast.
Located in the sought-after Koala Park enclave, the block is within walking distance to Tallebudgera Creek, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

A rundown three-level house on the lot was recently demolished, creating the “perfect blank canvas to host your dream home”
Coastal agent Brian Goodgame is marketing the property alongside Alex Dobman and said the block provided a unique opportunity for a family or developer.
“It’s one of the highest points on the Coast,” Mr Goodgame said.
“You get up there and the views are just outstanding.
“You can see from the ocean right around to the bush.
“It’s almost like you’re in another world.”
Mr Goodgame said Koala Park was one of the most popular locales in Burleigh Heads with buyers often paying a premium for property.
“This isn’t just an old block of land that someone has subdivided,” he said.
“The fact there was a home already there prior is a huge plus as you have a great platform for an easy build and original services in place.”
The property is for sale via expressions of interest, although a nearby 540sq m block of land at 19 Vantage Point Drive sold for $1.3m in August, 2024.
PropTrack data reveals the median house price in Burleigh Heads is $1.4025m, down 2.9 per cent.
The highest house sale in Burleigh Heads is $11m, paid last month for a Moroccan-style mansion on Mount St.
The highest sale in Koala Park is $9.7m, paid in 2022 for a double block at 10-12 Elanora Drive.
