Former champion inline and ice hockey player Christine Theophilos is hoping to score a
$1.95m-$2.145m sale for her Glen Iris house.
In 2015, 15-year-old Theophilos played in the Australian senior women’s inline hockey championships.
Inline hockey is a variant of the sport in which teams play on a hard surface wearing inline skates.

After adding ice hockey to her resume, Theophilos represented both Victoria and Australia several times, including in the national ice hockey squad from 2000 to 2003.
Between 2000 and 2010, she participated in multiple Australian inline championships, then represented the nation in Hawaii during 2013.
O’Brien Real Estate property consultant and auctioneer John Rombotis, said Theophilos was selling her home, a circa-1927 Spanish Mission-style residence at 174 Tooronga Rd, with plans to downsize.
The double-brick residence opens to a hallway with pressed metal wall detailing and timber floors, while the kitchen is fitted with a walk-in pantry and balcony looking out to the backyard planted with vegetable gardens.
“I do love that area where you’re looking out from the kitchen and beautiful living zone to the garden,” Mr Rombotis said.
Each of the three bedrooms have woodfire fireplaces, while there’s also a formal dining room.
Other inclusions are two split-system units, a reverse osmosis water filter system, 18 solar panels, under-house storage, rear laneway access and parking for six cars.
The house is close to schools including Caulfield Grammar and parks.
“It’s a fantastic spot, it’s close to the Harold Holt Swim Centre, all the amenities, Malvern Central, transport and Chadstone’s not too far away,” Mr Rombotis said.
He added that the home, set on a 620sq m block, was peaceful and welcoming.
“You can have all the doors open and you can’t hear a thing,” he added.
The home will be auctioned at 2.30pm on October 26.
