Aussie swim star Bronte Campbell has set an auction date for her charming home in Brisbane’s most popular suburb.
The retired Olympic gold medallist listed the Coorparoo home in November, but changed tack after the campaign was slower off the starting blocks than expected.
Cambell’s four-bedroom, two-bathroom property is no longer listed with a price guide, and will now go under the hammer on February 7 if not sold prior.

It is marketed by Place Bulimba agents, Shannon Gordon and Mikaela Crone.

“As a result, interest was a little slower than other properties on the market, although we did every good, consistent numbers every Saturday — we haven’t had an open home where noone attended.
“We switched to auction to create some urgency for buyers coming back into the market in the new year, and because we want to get Bronte sold ASAP,” she said.

The double-storey picket-fenced home with city views has been renovated and offers spacious open-plan living and dining on the upper level, with another living area plus kitchenette downstairs offering dual-living potential.
A covered rear deck provides a relaxed setting for entertaining, leading out to a fully fences astroturf yard and established gardens.
As an added incentive, Campbell will give the new owner a signed Australian Olympic team shirt from the Tokyo Games.
Records show Campbell bought the house in 2016, after moving out of a Bowen Hills apartment with shared with fellow Olympian, her sister Cate.
