A Queensland billionaire has re-listed his ‘legacy estate’ which he personally built over 30 years ago.
Called Tangaroa, the sprawling waterfront residence sits on a 2083sq m block with itrs own private beach and 94m of deepwater frontage.
It is owned by property developer Mal Pratt and his wife Judith.
The couple bought the block for $950,000 in 1995 and first listed the property for sale in 2023.
In 2024, it was listed for offers over $25 million.

The median house price in Minyama is now $2.56 million, up 18.5 per cent in the past year and 83.5 per cent in five years.
Based on that trajectory, Pratt’s home could push towards $30 million if he lands the right buyer.
The current house sales record in Minyama is $17 million which was set in December last year.
Tangaroa’s listing is now with Harcourts Prestige agents Matthew Wall and Nathan O’Neill.
There is currently no price guide with the property simply listed ‘For Sale’.
