Culinary influencer Arman Liew has farewelled his Prahran house for $5.25m after giving buyers a taste of the inner city pad.
The cookbook author, photographer and online personality, who has more than 2.4m social media followers, started the The Big Man’s World food blog after completing tertiary studies in subjects including business, food and nutrition.
He holds qualifications from Monash University, the State University of New York, William Angliss Institute and the culinary and hospitality educational institution Le Cordon Bleu.

Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty’s Max Ruttner said Mr Liew’s Clarke St home had sold to a Sydney-based purchaser.
The Victorian-era residence features a theatre room with a kitchenette, multiple living zones, a heated pool, three-car garage, separate rear pavilion and landscaped gardens with two decks, including one fitted with a barbecue.
The abode was renovated in 2018 in a project completed by building company Corr Projects, LSA Architects and Calibre Custom Builds’ Nick Kelly.
The double-fronted, Victorian-built house’s facade is set behind a landscaped front garden.
The open-plan kitchen and living area features custom joinery.

Mr Ruttner declined to comment on the sold price but it was listed as $5.25m on realestate.com.au.
He said the buyer was planning to relocate from NSW to Melbourne with his family, and had been particularly searching for a house dating back to the Victorian period.
“Downsizers and families from the area also looked at the property,” the agency managing director said.
“At the last minute, the buyer flew in and bought it within the next 24 to 48 hours.”
There’s two entertaining spaces and a heated swimming pool outside.
There’s a total of three bathrooms in the house, including a powder room, and another bathroom in the self-contained pavilion.
Mr Ruttner added that although the market was heading into its traditionally quieter period in winter, buyers were still keen on properties they saw value in.
“The market is pretty savvy, if a property is well-priced and well-positioned, then it will sell well – and with interest,” he said.
