A new render of Pescado, Palm Beach
New images of the luxury project by internationally renowned musician DJ Paul Fisher and his influencer wife Chloe have been revealed, with the development notching up its first sale.
A local family has snapped up a full floor luxury residence in Pescado, a $50 million beachfront development planned for Palm Beach’s sought-after Jefferson Lane.
YLB Developments – led by the couple – has worked closely with BDA Architecture and Kollosche to refine the internal layouts and facilities to meet the needs of rightsizers, families and owner-occupiers.

The redesign has created a more functional floor plate, doubled the floor area of amenities for owners, added an extra basement for more carparking, and storage with every residence.
“It’s exciting to see the market responding to what will be an iconic development for Palm Beach,” Mr Fisher said.
“Drawing on the expertise of local leaders in architecture, sales and construction on Pescado is a major advantage that’s now translating into real confidence in what we’re delivering here.”
DJ Fisher, who was born on the Gold Coast is a music producer, ARIA and Grammy award nominee, pro surfer and top ranked international DJ.
He was ranked 7th in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 this year.

Kollosche principal Michael Kollosche, whose agency is marketing Pescado, said the sale reinforced the depth of demand for ultra-luxury, low density homes on the beachfront.
“Palm Beach has matured into one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly-held beachfront markets,” Mr Kollosche said.
“Boutique buildings with whole floor apartments of this size, with this level of finish, privacy and amenity and carparking, are extremely rare.”
The eight level building, located at 228–230 Jefferson Lane, will deliver just seven residences including six full floor apartments and a two level penthouse.

Each full floor features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, a multipurpose room or fourth bedroom, an expansive ocean-facing balcony, three car spaces and private lift access.
Residents will also enjoy a pool, gym, sauna, ice bath, lounge and BBQ terrace.

Gold Coast luxury builder HNKN, whose portfolio includes the award-winning Dahlia Estate in Tallebudgera Valley, is expected to start work on Pescado in the first half of 2026.
Dahlia Estate sold for a suburb record of $11.2 million in December 2023.
“With design finalised, a trusted builder appointed and early sales underway, buyers can have full confidence in the project’s progression,” Mr Kollosche said.
“With only five full-floor residences remaining, and with the increase in land and construction costs, it will be hard to ever match the exclusivity and lifestyle on offer at Pescado.”

When the development was first pitched, Mr Fisher said the couple had drawn on influences from some of their favourite hotels around the world, with a “strong focus on sustainability and liveability”.
“And for me, it is all about creating a true sense of home,” he said.
“We took inspiration from our homes in LA and Ibiza, using organic textures and neutral tones, with subtle pops of sage green and blush pink to give Pescado its own personality without overpowering the coastal feel.”
