117 Brighton Boulevard, North Bondi, has been rebuilt and is now a luxury architectural residence designed by Nick Tobias.
The Norris Nuts, the family internet sensation from Newcastle, have listed one of their North Bondi properties which has been transformed into a “architectural beach house”.
Former Olympic swimmer and bronze medallist Justin Norris, his wife Brooke and their six kids, Sabre, Sockie, Biggy, Naz, Disco and Charm have more than 20 million followers and subscribers on YouTube, Tiktok and Instagram.
The family has created a film for the return of Tropfest on February 22.
Up for sale is the property at 117 Brighton Boulevard that the Norrises bought for $15.2m in 2022.
It’s now listed with Raine and Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach principal Ric Serrao who says: “They spent $5m rebuilding the home and the replacement cost would be $20m.”
And it’s certainly something special.

Incredible views.
They commissioned top architect Nick Tobias and builders 3M who has worked within the existing shell to create a modern six-bedroom home with sweeping elevated ocean views over Bondi Beach and the coastline.
The two-storey residence, with oak, marble and glass finishes, is full of natural light thanks to a series of skylights.

There’s a pool and sun deck.
Living dining areas and the Calacatta marble chef’s kitchen lead to floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to a private backyard with a sun deck and plunge pool.
The Norrises are currently rebuilding the home next door for their own use, purchased for $14.2m via Serrao and his colleague Mark Yeats in late 2023.
The home now up for sale had been intended for the kids, but they’ve now moved into another investment property the family owns elsewhere in North Bondi.
All up, the value of their properties in the suburb to the stars would be more than $50m.
