The former Woolworths boss Brad Banducci has secured the sale of one of his Bondi investment apartments.
Banducci, who left his role as Woolworths CEO in 2024, secured around $3.24m through PPD.
The two-bedroom Brighton Boulevard apartment cost $2.24m in 2019.
The funds are being directed to the renovation of one of the two apartments the family own on nearby Campbell Pde.
