Former Crows and Hawks football player Shaun Rehn and his wife, Kerry are selling their Byron Bay hinterland acreage.
And the buyers will get to become new neighbours with Chris and Liam Hemsworth.
The ruckman played 134 games for Adelaide Football Club from 1991 to 2000 then switched to Hawthorn from 2001 to 2002.
After retiring, he coached the West Adelaide Football Club in the South Australian National Football League and joined the Brisbane Lions as ruck coach in 2006.

Now, the former footy heavyweight and his wife Kerry are selling their nine-bedroom residence at 112 Broken Head Rd, Newrybar with a $15m asking price range.
The home is listed with Pacifico Property principal Christian Sergiacomi, husband of The Block’s host Shelley Craft, as well as sales agent Brad Cranfield.
Mr Sergiacomi said the main Queenslander homestead was cut into five pieces many years ago and trucked in from Kedron in Brisbane to Newrybar.
He added that there weren’t many properties anymore in the area where you couldn’t see your neighbours, and it had a Yellowstone feel to it.
Mr Sergiacomi said prospective homebuyers had the ability to build another home with a separate driveway on the land if they wanted to.
Built in circa 1875, ‘Emigrant Springs’ sits about 28ha with the main residence offering four bedrooms as well as two separate wings.
McGrath Byron Bay agent Ollie Charkos works in the area and said the area was home to probably one of the most exclusive ridge lines in the hinterland and achieved some of the highest sales in the area.
“It has a number high net-worth individuals nearby,” Mr Charkos said.
The property features 1km creek frontage, 1000 macadamia trees and a separate five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence.
It also is compliant with NSW tourism regulations and could be transformed into a wedding venue or camping events.
Industry sources who have visited the property during its renovation said it looked like they had done a fantastic job on it.
Rehn is set to be a guest speaker at the Byron Bay Sportsman’s Luncheon at the Park Hotel in Suffolk Park on Friday alongside National Rugby League legends James Graham, Craig Gower and ex-Essendon footy star Jason Ashby.
