Century 21 Australia is launching Home of the Century on May 7, a series designed around buying, selling, investing and renovating.
The eight-part series features experts, homes, and stories from first-home buyers finding creative ways into the property market to families rethinking where and how they live.
TV presenter Erin Holland says the video podcast is about sharing real journeys, practical ideas and helpful insights.
“Thinking about property, or even knowing where to start, can feel really overwhelming,” said Ms Holland, who recently got her Real Estate Agent’s license.
“I’ve experienced that myself.
“Everyone’s situation is different, and not everyone can or wants to buy right now.
“What I’ve found though is that there are often more ways into the market than people realise, sometimes it just takes looking at things a little differently.
“Home of the Century is about sharing real journeys, practical ideas and helpful insights, so people can feel supported and more confident in whatever their next step might be.”

Mr Palmer said the series offered real tips and insights from decades of experience.

“I bought my first home 20 years ago, with three mates before co-ownership was considered a genuine option,” Mr Palmer said.
“It’s the home that started it all.
“Since then I’ve renovated over 100 properties for clients and personally, with many lessons along the way. And we delve into them all.”
The video podcast will feature insights from Century 21 Australia experts.
The video podcast will also feature insights from Century 21 Australia experts including founder Charles Tarbey and Century 21 Middle East Group Peter Matthews, also one of Australia’s most experienced auctioneer, with over 25,000 auctions under his belt.
“I’ve been in property for more than five decade,” Mr Tarbey said.
“Every rate movement impacts confidence, but it doesn’t stop people from acting.
“What Australians are looking for right now is clarity.
“They want to understand what’s possible in this market, not just hear why it’s hard.”
