Gold Coast developer Andrews has unveiled an exclusive first look inside Cascade Robina, as the $270 million wellness-focused residential community enters its final stages of construction ahead of completion in May.

Now, with more than 90 per cent sold, the final collection of residences at Cascade marks the last opportunity to secure a home within one of Robina’s largest and most tightly-held residential landholdings.

Spanning a rare 1.1ha site, the development includes two towers delivered by Andrews’ in-house construction team, A Construct.

The scale of the site, exceptionally uncommon in central Gold Coast, has enabled expansive landscaping, resort-style wellness amenities and generous apartment proportions – rarely seen in the precinct.

With construction nearing completion, buyers can now walk through the onsite display centre and experience a fully completed apartment — offering immediate confidence in design quality, scale and finishes just weeks out from settlement.

Positioned in the heart of Robina, Cascade is within easy reach of Robina Town Centre, Robina Hospital and Cbus Super Stadium, with direct access to the M1 Motorway for connectivity to Brisbane CBD.

Leading schools, transport links and parklands — including the future Greenheart precinct — are all within minutes, while the Gold Coast’s beaches are just 15 minutes away.

“With only a limited number of residences remaining and completion set for May, this is the final window to secure a home at Cascade,”

Andrews general manager Sarah Andrews said.

“Buyers are responding to the rarity of the 1.1ha site, the scale of the residences and the ability to physically walk through a completed apartment today — knowing they’ll be moving in within months.”

Remaining residences are priced from $1.12 million for two-bedroom apartments, from $1.3 million for two-bedroom plus a media room apartments, from $1.58 million for three-bedroom residences and an exclusive penthouse collection from $1.895 million.

Demand has been driven by local downsizers, interstate relocators and lifestyle-focused buyers seeking large-format apartments with resort-style amenity in one of southeast Queensland’s most connected and rapidly evolving residential hubs.
