The $67m development at 7 and 9 Sixth Ave, has resonated strongly with both local owner occupiers and downsizers seeking residences within walking distance of the beach, dining precincts and amenities.
“The sellout of Oasis is a fantastic outcome and reinforces the strong demand we’re seeing for thoughtfully designed apartments in lifestyle locations,” Ms Leet said.
“From the outset, our vision was to create a development that genuinely enhanced the Palm Beach community while providing residents with exceptional homes and wellness-focused amenities.

“We’ve been incredibly encouraged by the level of local support throughout the campaign, 72.5 per cent of buyers are locals, with a significant proportion of purchasers choosing Oasis as their future home rather than an investment.”
Oasis forms part of Sherpa Group’s Flourish collection, which is known for its focus on wellness, community and elevated coastal living.
