Developer of Design District high-rise delivers second tower

As cranes continue to dot the Design District landscape, one ambitious development is nearing the finish line. Dallas Urby's second tower in the district is complete, with a third phase still to come. The distinctly-shaped towers are just across the street from the Virgin Hotel on Hi Line Drive.
