Delta Goodrem has a new home.
Pop star and Eurovision finalist Delta Goodrem and her husband have snapped up a stunning mansion in Sydney’s east for less than $11m.
Goodrem, 41, married her longtime partner, musician Matthew Copley, 39, less than a year ago — on June 16 last year, tying the knot in a private and intimate ceremony in Malta.
And now the happy couple are preparing to move into a lavish four-bedroom, three-bathroom harbourside residence, with both French and Italian influences, in one of Rose Bay’s most sought-after addresses.
On a 626sqm block, sources say it’s “beautiful”, with elegant formal and informal living zones flowing to Paul Bangay-designed gardens and a heated pool.
And the sources say the couple are rapt to have picked up the property for less than $11m, a saving of more than $2m on the $13m asking price.

Neither the sales agent D’Leanne Lewis of Laing and Simmons Double Bay nor buyer’s agent Simon Cohen, understood to also be on the hunt for a property in Brisbane for the couple, were available for comment.
Records show the Rose Bay property was the home of Plato Investment Management’s Dr David Allen and his family, who paid $8.9m in 2021.
Allen is also the Easts Rugby Club president.
The Rose Bay home sold on May 27, just eight days after Goodrem did Australia proud at the 70th Eurovision Awards, held in Vienna, Austria. She was the crowd favourite, but was placed fourth.
It looks like Cohen was left to do the property business for her in Sydney (though no doubt there plenty of phone calls and text messages), as she posted the picture below to Instagram on May 30: “A few of my favourite things from beautiful Salzburg.”
The Sound of Music, starring Julie Andrews, was filmed around the Austrian city — Goodrem would be a big fan.

Goodrem’s plans for her current Sydney base, a two-bedroom apartment in one of Sydney’s towers of power, The Residence, are unknown.
Perhaps she’ll hang onto it and rent it out, given the current challenging property market.
The former Neighbours star had bought the luxurious apartment overlooking Hyde Park for $4.825m in 2019.
The complex comes with access to an exclusive wine room, 20m lap pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam room along with a concierge.
Plenty of character.
And plenty of light.
