Josh and Charlotte appeared in season 10 of the reality show in 2015 and pocketed $810,000 from the sale of their Melbourne apartment in the program.

They went on to buy and renovate an older-style apartment in Fairlight which they sold in 2019.

Meanwhile Josh has his own company, JD Design Construct, which has won awards and Charlotte moved into teaching.

Josh and his company worked on the North Sydney terrace which the couple bought in July 2024 for $3.1m before transforming.

The home has spectacular living and dining zones, a lavish main bedroom with stone ensuite and French doors opening to an iron lacework balcony.

There is also a main bathroom with heated floor, ducted air conditioning, herringbone floors, a feature wine cellar under the stairs and an operable skylight.

Peter Chauncey, of McGrath Crows Nest, said Colchester is an exquisite new architectural transformation and has bespoke architectural joinery, restored period features and provisions for EV charging.

It goes to auction on August 22.
