Construction has commenced on a boutique collection of four new luxury villas in Palm Beach.

This development presents an opportunity to secure a new prestige residence in one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held enclaves.

Designed by award-winning Jayson Pate Designs, Sabbia at 26 Tallebudgera Drive is due for completion in August 2026 and will deliver a limited release of four, three-level residences, each with a private pool, integrated lift and high-end interiors by renowned design studio Maison Metisse.

Sabbia has already attracted strong buyer interest, with one villa already sold to a local Gold Coast couple.

The Sabbia development, located at 26 Tallebudgera Drive, Palm Beach, will deliver four three-level villas.

Highland Group sales manager Jaymie Kelly said demand for the Sabbia residences had been underpinned by both the idealistic location and the high level of quality finish.

“With construction commencing, we’ve had steady inquiries since opening registrations, with a lot of interest from buyers who recognise how rare it is to secure a new villa in Palm Beach,” she said.

“What stands out is not just the location but the attention to detail inside – kitchens with stone island benches, Smeg appliances and walk-in pantries, extra inclusions like the mudroom and powder room, along with secure double car parking.

Each residence will come with a private pool, integrated lift and high-end interiors by renowned design studio Maison Metisse.

“These are homes designed for everyday liveability as much as they are for luxury.”

Positioned between Burleigh Heads and Currumbin, Sabbia places residents within walking distance of Tallebudgera Creek and the recently refurbished $10m Tallebudgera Surf Club.

Ms Kelly said the location combined natural amenity with convenient access to cafes, dining and lifestyle hubs.

Sabbia’s residences have a striking interior feature of 4.5m ceilings in the main living areas.

There is also engineered timber flooring and balconies designed to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Sabbia is set to be completed in August next year.

Each villa includes a private plunge pool, landscaped yard, ducted airconditioning and outdoor showers, while main bedroom suites have been designed as retreats with walk-in wardrobes and designer ensuites.

Three villas in the Sabbia development remain available for purchase, on offer between $2.2m and $2.4m.

“Sabbia represents a limited opportunity to secure a new prestige villa in Palm Beach, blending architectural sophistication with timeless coastal appeal,” Ms Kelly said.
