The buyers of Lisa Wilkinson and Peter Fitzsimons’ Cremorne estate have just listed their historic Wollstonecraft home.

Nell and Hamish Hutton have long been rumoured to have been the buyers of the celebrity couple’s grand property Ingleneuk and the listing of the restored home Dunaird at 1 Shirley St Wollstonecraft next to Berry Island Reserve confirms it.

Nell Hutton is Westpac head of institutional banking and previously worked for Goldman Sachs where she was the first female partner in Australia.

Nell and her husband Hamish were earmarked as the likely buyers of Ingleneuk in Cremorne when it sold in October.

1 Shirley St, Wollstonecraft, has a $13m price guide.

Incredible views.

Ingleneuk is pending settlement and believed to have sold for around $23m, below a vendor bid of $24.5m.

Dunaird, on a double block, has a $13m price tag and a March auction date.

Agent Peter Chauncy of McGrath Crows Nest is marketing Dunaird, a 1920s estate on 1900sqm next to Berry Island Reserve.

The single-level five-bedroom home is opposite waterfront reserve, has harbour and city views, a separate self-contained studio, pool and gym and a wellness space.

The Shirley Rd property was originally built for Sir Clifford Love, a founder of Uncle Toby’s cereal and food company.

Many period features have been retained including coffered timber ceilings, a stately entrance and majestic form lounge and dining rooms.

But there is also an up-to-date gas kitchen with three ovens and servery window, ducted air conditioning and a wine cellar.

The Huttons paid $9.2m for Dunaird in February 2020 buying it from former Olympian and champion curler Hugh Millikan and his wife Sara.

Meanwhile Wilkinson and Fitzsimons have moved into their $15m Mosman penthouse, which crowns the eccentric castle-like complex, Britannic Mansions.

The top floor in the 1910s block of six comes with a rooftop terrace with a teppanyaki barbecue, open rooftop bathtub and views of the city.
