Kieran Lahey & Anna Lahey have listed their incredible Bellevue Hill ‘slice of paradise’ for February auction.

Anna and Kieran Lahey, who created beauty brand Vida Glow a decade ago, have listed their incredible Bellevue Hill ”slice of paradise” for February auction.

Brazilian-born Anna launched what’s become a multi-million-dollar business at the age of 25 in 2014 after being inspired by an ingestible collagen product during a trip to Japan.

She and Kieran, who is Vida Glow’s CEO, have four children together and are now rumoured to be moving overseas.

They bought the five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence with basement garage for three cars on a 702sqm block at 2 Cranbrook Rd for $8.37m in 2019.

The property appeared on Million Dollar Listing Sydney this week, indicating they’ve signed up with TRG founder Gavin Rubinstein.

The resort-style pool area looks incredible.

Luxurious open-plan living areas.

Five bedrooms and room for the whole family.

No price guide is specified, but given that the Bellevue Hill market has boomed in the past five years they’re probably looking to treble their money!

The five-bedroom home at 22 Cranbrook Rd — owned by the late Westfield heir Mark Saunders — sold recently for circa $24m.

With Rubinstein overseas, he was unable to comment though preliminary marketing describes the home as a “state-of-the-art reinvention” that “created a slice of paradise”.

It offers luxurious open-plan living and dining areas spilling to outdoor entertainment areas that include a resort-style pavilion with full bar and kitchen, lush landscaped gardens and a glass-fenced swimming pool.

The Boheme penthouse is pitched as “Bondi’s best penthouse”, with views of the beach but also the harbour and city skylne.

The interiors have been completely redesigned.

The finishes include Arasbescato marble.

Also planning a February auction is Macquarie Bank executive David Baldwin, who has also listed his Boheme penthouse at 701/63 Hall St, Bondi Beach.

Pitched as “Bondi’s Best Penthouse”, the 400sqm three-bedroom residence has 270-degree views taking in the beach but also the harbour and city skyline.

Apart from being completely redesigned and offering the best finishes, including Arasbescato marble, there’s a huge wraparound entertainers’ terrace with floor-to-ceiling glass to enjoy the magnificent outlook.

Records show Baldwin bought the penthouse for $12.51m in November, 2021.

With Proptrack showing Bondi Beach apartment prices going up 10.4 per cent last year alone, a circa $20m price guide is likely.
