Kollosche’s Michael Kollosche and Gypsea Youngsmith handled the sale — the property went to auction in February and sold less than two months later.
The agents reported more than 1 million views online throughout the marketing campaign.
“It was sold post auction to a local buyer,” Ms Youngsmith said.
“They’re really excited to move their family in — the house is the perfect mix of lifestyle and family.”
The home occupies a prime position on one of the Gold Coast’s most highly prized streets, and includes seven bedrooms, an executive style office, and multiple living areas across two levels.

Sellers Brendon and Kellie MacKellar bought the head-turning home in 2020 after being drawn to its size, scale, and resort-like vibe.
Property records reveal they paid $5.7m in May, 2021.
“As you walk in, it’s so tranquil and has this really nice feel,” Mr MacKellar told the Gold Coast Bulletin when it first hit the market earlier this year.
“It reminds me of being in a Bali-style resort.”

Originally from Gunnedah, the MacKellars arrived on the Gold Coast at the height of the pandemic, moving into the residence with their six children.
In the years since, it’s proved the perfect home for family living and entertaining, while also providing a base for the family business.
Set on a massive 1609sq m block, the property comes complete with a shared boat pontoon with deep water access.

Inside, the open plan kitchen, living and dining area is the hub of the home, while a series of multipurpose areas, including a media room, lounge and upstairs family room, offer spaces to retreat to or enjoy together.
Meanwhile, each of the seven bedrooms has its own ensuite, and the master features two walk-in robes, two ensuites, a fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and river.
In addition to a poolside pavilion and covered alfresco entertaining terrace, there are also covered walkways, a courtyard with a water feature and a riverside deck, along with a double garage, and double carport accommodating four cars in total.

Monaco St is popular among buyers for its large riverfront properties and central location.
“There are a lot of eyes on Monaco St at the moment,” Ms Youngsmith said.
“People like that it’s on the main river with boats and of course it is so central being in Broadbeach Waters.”
The latest sale follows last month’s suburb record sale when an estate at 87-89 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters known as the Bachelor mansion sold in a $16.5m deal.
Earlier this year another mansion at 297-299 Monaco St sold for $15.51m.
