Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins and his interior designer wife Becky Boston have expanded their Bronte property holding.
Their $4.8m purchase is an original semi at the rear of their $16m home, all within walking distance of the Bronte cafe scene and beach.

Alexander Phillips and Thomas Fuller from PPD quietly sold the home via a coming-soon noticeboard marketing campaign in January, with details only emerging on its recent settlement.
The two-bedroom, one-bathroom cul-de-sac semi comes with off-street parking for one, plus a long grassed rear yard.
