NRL star Angus Crichton has a new home.
Having sold in Rose Bay, departing Sydney NRL Roosters star Angus Crichton has upgraded to Wallabies heartland with a $4.15m Queens Park buy.
His purchase came just before Rugby Australia secured its much-mooted raid, with Crichton to switch codes in 2027.
Crichton, who married Chloe Esegbona last May, recently sold his Rose Bay investment for $3,135,000.

Last week, the hard-running backrower announced he will play for the NSW Waratahs and Wallabies in 2027, meaning this coming season will likely be his last in the NRL.
The 29-year-old’s new home buy would not have influenced his decision given both the Waratahs and the Roosters are based at Moore Park and both sides play out of Allianz Stadium there.
Crichton’s new home is around a five-minute drive from the Moore Park sporting precinct.
The home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a car spot. An ideal property for a growing family.

Crichton’s new Eastern Suburbs home.
Having sold in Rose Bay, departing Sydney Rooster Angus Crichton has upgraded to Wallabies heartland.
The home is a five-minute drive to Allianz Stadium.
Due to its proximity to Bondi Junction, the beaches of the Eastern Suburbs and the Sydney CBD, Queens Park has become a very sought-after if lesser known suburb.
The median house price in Queens Park is $3.9m according to PropTrack. However prices there have fallen 16 per cent over the past 12 months.
Crichton joined the Roosters in 2019 after three seasons with the Rabbitohs.
The 2019 premiership winner and NSW State of Origin star said he had dreamt of playing rugby for Australia since he was a little kid after announcing his big move for next year.

“It’s incredibly exciting to be returning to the sport I played throughout my childhood,” he said in announcing his move to rugby.
“I grew up with a Wallabies jersey and poster on the wall and my dream was to one day represent them.
“I’m in a position in 2027 to pursue that dream and I would like to thank Rugby Australia and the Waratahs for the opportunity, while also acknowledging and showing gratitude for the wonderful career I’ve had in the NRL.”
