Professionals who want lifestyle with a convenient commute to Adelaide’s city centre are also likely to show strong interest (you can be on the freeway within minutes).
“The lifestyle market in the Adelaide Hills in general is commanding very strong prices,” Ms Hooper says.
“There’s a huge demand for small acreage. It’s one of the biggest drivers of our market right now. The estate will set a new benchmark by offering generously sized lifestyle blocks."
