8 hours ago 6

Set yourself up for success in the new year by stacking your calendar with real estate events and conferences. Learning from other agents and brokers around the country is the perfect way to boost motivation and gather fresh ideas. Through networking with fellow agents, brokers and other industry professionals, you’ll build confidence, gain knowledge, increase your visibility and forge new connections that can take your career to the next level.

While creating a successful online presence is necessary for agents in today’s digital world, that shouldn’t negate the power of human interaction and its impact on growing your business. With live in-person events, you’ll stay up to date with the latest trends and market research while simultaneously increasing your skills.

Here’s a look at our top real estate conferences and events that should be on your radar for 2026, listed chronologically to help you plan your calendar for the year.

1. ICT Regional Summit – Missouri

  • Date: June 3-4, 2026
  • Location: Kansas City, MO
  • Ticket Price: $1,995 (limited to 35 seats)

What it’s about: The ICT Regional Summit is a two-day leadership event tailored for brokerage owners, team leaders, and growth-focused real estate executives. The agenda centers on practical strategies for scaling and increasing enterprise value, with sessions covering brokerage valuations, mergers and acquisitions, recruiting through attraction-based models and the use of AI across marketing, lead generation and business operations.

What we love: Unlike large industry conferences, the summit is intentionally capped at 35 attendees, creating a highly interactive environment focused on discussion rather than presentations. The smaller format provides greater access to speakers, deeper peer-to-peer conversations and more meaningful networking opportunities with other brokerage leaders facing similar growth challenges.

2. NAR Legislative Meetings for REALTORS®

  • Date: June 13-18, 2026
  • Location: Washington, D.C.
  • Ticket Price: Free to attend the expo for NAR members. Other events may be ticketed – more information to come as the event gets closer.

What it’s about: Real estate gets a unique Washington twist at REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, the annual conference held by the National Association of REALTORS®. This unique conference combines forums, educational sessions and meetings with Capitol Hill representatives. It also features a trade expo. Highlights include product demonstrations, presentations and networking opportunities. With an estimated 8,000 attendees and 100+ speakers, there’s something for everyone.

What we love: This is a unique opportunity for agents involved in their local boards to take it to the next level and rub shoulders with those involved in the governance of the NAR. This event is perfect for those of us who volunteer on association committees and want to be more involved in the policy-making side of real estate.

3. InvestHER Con

  • Date: June 14-16, 2026
  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ
  • Ticket Price: Early bird pricing: $1,097; VIP pricing: $1,697

What it’s about: Hosted by Liz Faircloth and Andresa Guidelli, InvestHER Con is an event for female real estate investors and those who are interested in getting into investing. Get access to the pros who’ve mastered real estate investing and learn from those who’ve gone before you. This event is a must-attend if investing in real estate is part of your current or future business plan.

What we love: Another holistic conference, you’ll learn more than just real estate investing. This event centers around three pillars: real estate investing, business strategies and health & mindset.

4. Tom Ferry’s Success Summit

  • Date: August 3-5, 2026
  • Location: Anaheim, CA

What it’s about: Tom Ferry’s Success Summit refers to itself as “three days of real estate rocket fuel,” and for good reason. The invigorating event series, which promises to reach everything from motivational tactics to marketing strategies, provides participants with the opportunity to “surround yourself with like minds, with a common purpose, that’s what winners do,” as it states in the promotional video on the Success Summit website.

What we love: Instead of focusing on a “you vs. everybody else” mentality, the Success Summit emphasizes self-improvement. With a focus on a growth mindset, the summit takes on an attitude of  “you vs. you” and on improving upon the person you were when you walked through the doors.

5. ICT Regional Summit – Arizona

  • Date: October 7-8, 2026
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Ticket Price: $1,995 (limited to 35 seats)
ICT-Regional-Summit-Phoenix-AZ

What it’s about: The Arizona summit brings the same curriculum and small-group format as the Kansas City event to the West Coast. Designed for broker-owners and team leaders, sessions focus on scaling operations, optimizing sales processes, understanding business valuations, navigating mergers and acquisitions and leveraging AI to drive growth.

What we love: Like the Kansas City event, the Arizona summit keeps attendance intentionally small, enabling more substantive conversations, stronger networking opportunities and greater interaction with speakers and peers.

6. Triple Play

  • Date: December 7-10, 2026
  • Location: Atlantic City, NJ
  • Ticket Price: TBD closer to the event

What it’s about: Triple Play is one of the largest real estate conventions and trade shows in America. The crowd is heavily from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, although you’ll find agents from all over the country flying in for this event. With over 5,500 attendees and 117 sessions, there’s something for everyone.

What we love: If you want a recap of the sessions you attended, the Playback Fast Pass and Season Pass include audio streaming and downloads for 80+ presentations from the Triple Play Convention.

Brokerage-specific events from your brokerage

While we can’t name all the brokerage-specific events out there, most national brokerages have at least one (if not more) conference throughout the year. Check out what your company offers and consider attending. These real estate events allow you to keep up with the latest trends and updates within your brokerage, plus most offer breakout sessions so you can choose what you’re learning.

Some of the larger brokerages also bring in awesome keynote speakers; for example, Keller Williams is bringing in Jay Shetty for their Family Reunion conference in Atlanta this year.

What we love: The opportunity to network with your peers within your brokerage is valuable. Create referral relationships across the country, building a vast referral network of resources. This can be a value to your clients as well as to you. Learn from one another and see what others are doing in their businesses.

Tips for networking at real estate events and conferences

If you’ve decided to go ahead and invest the time and money to attend a conference or two this year, plan to make the most of your experience. One of the most important parts of attending any real estate event is the opportunity to network with agents from around the country. Use these tips to elevate your networking game.

Tip 1: Do your research

Some real estate events and conferences allow you to browse a database of attendees ahead of time. Is there another agent you’d like to meet? Take a look at the database and reach out to see if they would be interested in grabbing coffee or a drink. By planning ahead, you’ll spend your time more efficiently.

Tip 2: Think of a few conversation starters

Before you head to each event, consider a few talking points and questions to ask during moments when you’re looking to build connections. Whether it’s how your local market is doing, notes from the previous speaker or a geographical connection, having a few questions in your arsenal prepares you for success.

Tip 3: Leverage social media

While social media is essential for agents and brokers, no matter their location, making use of it at events and conferences is a different — but incredibly useful — beast. Since people at events and conferences often check in or use specific hashtags to signify that they’re at certain breakout sessions or speaker events, don’t hesitate to leverage that as an opportunity to interact. People attend these events to actively build their contact base, so they won’t find it unusual to hear from you.

If you really want to make an impression with your social media posts during events, Coffee and Contracts has beautiful templates you can use. Using pre-made templates also usually results in agents posting more often, since it streamlines the process and makes it super easy to be more consistent with creating social media content.

Tip 4: Make the most of your downtime

Whether it’s time between speakers or arriving early to see what other go-getters are on deck, your downtime at a real estate event can be spent networking. When you have those slim pockets of downtime, do your best to interact with fellow attendees. Maybe it’s turning to the person next to you in the coffee line, or saying hello to someone next to you in the five minutes between breakout sessions. While it’s easy to get sucked into your iPhone, that’s not what you’re there for.

Tip 5: Be friendly and welcoming

People will never forget the way you treat them. Being friendly and welcoming is one of the most memorable ways to make a presence and build connections. When you’re chatting with the people you meet at events, be an avid listener who’s engaged in the conversation. That’s something people will never forget.

Tip 6: Rely on the classics

While connecting via social media is essential, don’t avoid the value of having a high-quality business card. From the paper stock to your branding, having a physical reminder will help you stay connected with other agents. Of course, you’ll get the opportunity and information to follow up afterward, but swapping business cards is always a great conversation starter.

Tip 7: Don’t forget to have fun!

People want to be surrounded by those who are having fun. By demonstrating that you’re enjoying yourself, you’re increasing the potential for expanding and bolstering your referral network. And if you’re an introvert like me, schedule plenty of breaks to recharge your energy, so when you are out and about, you’re truly enjoying it.

The full picture

Don’t underestimate the power of human interaction. Real estate events and conferences allow agents and brokers from different walks of life to gather, network, and ultimately, become stronger in their field. No matter your location, consider attending an in-person event in 2026.

Whether it’s learning about the latest research and trends or simply connecting with other agents, each interaction you have is an opportunity to learn from other agents, build a referral network, and take your career to the next level.
