The property has been listed through McGrath agent Tyson Nicholson with $5m hopes.

Cathy and Josh were coupled by the experts on the 2020 series of the hit TV show.

The pair admitted to an instant attraction at the wedding ceremony and chemistry early on in their relationship. However Josh said after the pair moved in together they realised they didn’t share much in common.

“Just two different people,” he said. “I’ve always wanted to have kids, Cathy was more focused on her career … I’m an outdoorsy person and I love my camping, my fishing, my bikes and Cathy said she’s never going to be that type of person — just our lifestyles were completely different.”

For her part, Cathy said the relationship just wasn’t meant to be.

“It’s sad, but I can’t think of any other way it could have gone now,” she said.

“I know I was true to myself and I know that I showed him me, and if he wasn’t into that then what can I do more? I can’t change myself for someone else and I think we both kind of realised we couldn’t fulfil each other’s expectations.”

Fernbank Farm boasts eight bedrooms, five bathrooms and can accommodate parking for up to 50 cars.

“Imagine a place that feels like heaven on earth; a rare and beautiful pause in time, a secluded sanctuary where family gathers, friendships flourish and memories are woven into the landscape itself,” the listing for the home reads.
