Sydney’s inner west will welcome eight new residential towers with harbour views, luxury amenities and integrated shops.

The towers will consist of a range of one to four-bedroom apartments, with lifestyle amenities like a wellness centre, sauna, gym and library.

Dubbed “Concord Central”, developer Billbergia promises the project will inject 1,336 new homes to the inner west that are suitable for first-home buyers, families, downsizers and investors.

“Concord Central is set to deliver an exciting new community in the inner west,” said John

Kim, sales manager at Billbergia.

“The town centre concept is really all about convenience.

“It places public transport, retail, dining and essential services like childcare just moments from residents’ front doors,” he said.

There will be multiple high-rise towers.

It will be located at 1 King St in Concord West with the towers ranging from six to 37 storeys, including a penthouse that will have stunning views.

Three of the eight towers are up for sale. One-bedroom apartments are listed at $730,000.

The development includes a pool.

“House-like” four-bedroom apartments are priced from $2.7m and buyers can opt to “upgrade” their homes with integrated appliances, stone kitchens and even EV chargers in car spaces.

Billbergia expects to complete the whole development by 2029.
