Famous French DJ and record producer David Guetta, has successfully sold his swank Florida apartment.
The 56-year old — who has sold more than 10m albums globally — got $23.6m (US$16m) for the Miami Beach unit in an off-market deal, according to The Post.
The abode measures 234 sqm, meaning the buyer paid roughly $101,000 (US$68.5k) per square metre — making it a new record for Miami Beach, according to previous local reports.

The Grammy-winning producer — who has worked with artists like Sia, Kelly Rowland, Akon, OneRepublic and many others — purchased the property on the 37th floor back in 2018, paying billionaire businessman Richard LeFrak US$9.5m for the condo.
The DJ’s home of six years features three bedrooms — two of which are primary suites — and three bathrooms, as well as a wraparound balcony.
Throughout are Sonos speakers and sweeping views of both the city and the sea.

The Setai Hotel and Residences building is 40 storeys high, containing 22 floors of condo units and several floors of two-storey residences, as well as three storeys of penthouses.
The homes range from quite small at74 sqm, to a more spacious 280 sqm.
Within the building there are a variety of amenities on offer, including three swimming pools, a landscaped resort area on the beach, gardens, a fitness centre, a restaurant, and 24-hour valet parking and security.
And if you want to call Guetta your neighbour, there are other units in the building that are currently on the market — located just steps from the beach — which are seeking anywhere from $2.1m to a whopping $14.9m, and renting from $16k to $84k a month.
