Gardner Vaughn Group (GVG) is set to commence construction on their debut luxury two-tower development in the coastal region of Moreton Bay.

One Redcliffe at 1 Redcliffe Parade is GVG’s latest coastal development nestled in the heart of Redcliffe, overlooking Moreton Bay and Settlement Cove Lagoon.

GVG commercial director Samuel Gardner said the company is proud to develop and build One Redcliffe to mark GVG’s debut in a highly sought after coastal region.

“With over 35 years of experience developing and building in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, we are thrilled to make our debut in the Moreton Bay region with One Redcliffe,” he said.

Gardner Vaughan Group’s One Redcliffe project will offer the full lifestyle package with retail and resort-style amenities.

“This project reflects our vision to deliver spaces that offer stunning homes while enriching the identity and liveability of the community.”

The design of One Redcliffe draws inspiration from Redcliffe’s beaches, hidden coves and iconic red cliffs to deliver modern living and seaside tranquillity.

Mr Gardner said the premier coastal development is set to transform waterfront living with its timeless design and unrivalled sophistication.

One Redcliffe will feature 214 luxury apartment homes and penthouses across two waterfront towers, anchored by a variety of ground-floor retail spaces.

It will feature a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom options with open-plan living, main bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and ensuites, full-height windows and wide balconies.
