Dream Home Art Union is raffling the home in Sunshine Beach with money raised set to help thousands of veterans and their families.
“The home has intentionally been designed as a private wellness retreat, inspired by Mediterranean health resorts which reflects the growing shift towards holistic wellbeing focused living for Australians,” said Ben Sawkins, Dream Home Art Union general manager lotteries.

The $13.9 million Noosa prize package also includes $250,000 in gold bullion and $391,000 in furniture, as well as legal transfer fees, rates and water fees, and a travel voucher.
The winner is drawn on March 4.
PropTrack data reveals the median house price in Sunshine Beach is $2.87m, up 3.7 per cent over 12 months.
