After inheriting a fortune from his late wife Tanya McQuoid (played by Jennifer Coolidge), it appears Greg/Gary has splashed out on a stunning waterfront property.
And now it has been revealed that that villa can be rented out in real life, for as much as $21,900 (US$13,650) a night in peak season. according to Realtor.
Known as Villa Amaravida, the jaw-dropping home is a part of The Luxury Signature in Phuket, Thailand.
And beyond its waterfront pool and knockout views, the villa offers a wealth of activities for a luxurious escape, according to its website.

Inside, sports and fitness enthusiasts can enjoy a fully equipped gym, basketball, squash, and tennis courts, plus a playground for kids.
There are actually three pools and two rooftop jacuzzis in the property, that can sleep up to 16 guests.
