September has seen a number of high-end sales throughout Darwin, with 10 homes selling for more than $1m each and totalling more than $13m.
According to the latest sales data from CoreLogic, the top residential sale so far for September was 9 Banksia St, Nightcliff.
The two-storey, four-bedroom home, sitting a short stroll from Nightcliff foreshore, sold for $1.87m on September 12.
Coming in at No. 2 was the $1.775m sale of 38 East Point, Fannie Bay, also on September 12.
The architect-designed home sits on a massive 1150sq m block and boasts tropical and sunset views.

Next up was the beautifully renovated home on acreage at 502 Whitewood Rd, Howard Springs, which exchanged hands for $1.57m on September 4.
The residence features a main house and additional pavilions, with a central entertaining deck and bar overlooking the pool.
Then there was the golf course residence at 59 Lakes Cres, Marrara, which sold on $1.23m on September 14.
Rounding out the top five was 2 Emery Ct, Larrakeyah, which sold for $1.2m on September 9.

According to the latest data from PropTrack, home values in Darwin have remained fairly stable in the past year.
The median dwelling price sat at $509,000 in August – up 1.05 per cent year on year.
In the same time the average cost of a house rose 2.26 per cent to $584,000, while the median unit price dropped 2.44 per cent to $378,000.
