Prominent food blogger and cookbook author Arman Liew has served his mega-cool Prahran house onto the market with $6.5m-$6.975m price hopes.
About a decade ago, Mr Liew started the The Big Man’s World food blog after studying both business and the culinary arts at university.
Today, Mr Liew and the blog boast more than 2.4 million followers across social media platforms including more than 1 million on Instagram alone.

He develops, photographs and films recipes alongside a team of chefs, specialising in meals including air fryer and easy dinner options for both online and his cookbooks.
Mr Liew said that while he loved his double-fronted Victorian-era home, he was selling due to work commitments requiring him to spend more time overseas.
The residence is joined by a separate theatre room that has its own kitchen with a walk-in pantry.
A self-contained guest suite above the theatre room serves as a fourth bedroom.
There is also a pool and two outdoor entertainers’ areas in the home that was renovated by the previous owners in 2018.
The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking or even filming a culinary video.

A window cut into the dedicated home theatre and self-contained guest suite’s building looks directly into the pool.
Mr Liew said the main house’s large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space was ideal for creating blog, book and social media content, including for a cookbook of air fryer recipes he has coming out in 2026.
“It’s great having a really big kitchen where the light is so good for filming and photography,” he said.
“It’s really good for entertaining when friends are over.”
A 2018 renovation by building company Corr Projects, LSA Architects and Calibre Custom Builds’ Nick Kelly updated the house in sympathy with its period character.
There’s a barbecue and plenty of greenery on the deck.
Mr Liew enjoys cooking his signature flourless brownies and Marry Me Chicken recipe, a pan-fried chicken with a creamy sauce, in the kitchen.
The property also showcases ceilings almost 4m in height, a guest powder room, three-car garage and formal living room.
Mr Liew said this room had been converted into a living area by the former owners but still contained a wardrobe, so could easily become a fifth bedroom.
Large swathes of glass let in plenty of natural light.
The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest powder room.
The location is another bonus with plenty of parks nearby for his mini-groodle dog Kewpie to play in.
“It’s very, very close to Hawksburn Village, it’s literally three minutes away,” Mr Liew said.
“We go everyday to get coffee and if we want to change it up, we can walk to Toorak Village.”
Marshall White Stonnington director Nicholas Brooks said there were not many homes renovated to the house’s calibre in the surrounding area.
A mix of buyers have inquired about the residence, he added.
“It has been a 50/50 split between young families wanting to stay in the area and not head further east to find a spacious family home and downsizers who would otherwise likely buy a penthouse in or near the city,” Mr Brooks said.
