The Territory’s top real estate agents have been revealed at the Annual REA Excellence Awards gala in Melbourne.

The AREAs, hosted by REA Group, recognised realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au top performers from the 2023/2024 financial year with almost 70 data-driven and submission-based categories.

Real Estate Central’s Daniel Harris took out the NT metro Top Agent – Most Properties Sold and Top Agent – Total Value Sales awards.

Mr Harris said it was great to receive the recognition but the awards were a reflection of his amazing team.

“Huge thanks to the champions I work with daily – Kylie Westbrook, Lauren Griffiths and Jess Cohen all play a massive role in my and our team’s success,” he said.

“These awards are just as much theirs as they are mine.”

“Also the Projects team sales crew – Darren, Clint, Jad, Tannwyn and Ethan.”

Mr Harris said he was grateful for everyone who had been part of his 17-year real estate career, especially his clients.

“Choosing to move from country Victoria to Darwin nearly two decades ago to catch a few barra and sell real estate was certainly one of the better decisions I’ve made in my life,” he said.

“I meet my amazing wife here and now have two beautiful kids.

“Life’s good.”

Lindsay Carey of Nutrien Harcourts Alice Springs took home the NT regional Top Agent – Most Properties Sold and Top Agent – Total Value Sales awards.
