AirTrunk billionaire Robin Khuda has sold one of his Ocean Road, Palm Beach properties for $8.75m.

AirTrunk billionaire Robin Khuda has sold one of his Palm Beach residential properties for $8.75m.

The 1950s-built home cost Khuda $6,696,000 in 2021.

It had been up for rent periodically, seeking $3000 a week, before its recent sale.

The three-bedroom home on 700sq m is a few doors along from another luxury Ocean Rd property owned by Khuda.

He paid $12.51m in 2021 for that five-bedroom home built in 2012.

The technology entrepreneur has taken to the new residential development game with his own development business, Ondas.

It has a project on Barrenjoey Rd, Palm Beach, a 1138sq m site which sits next door to Barrenjoey House.

It was the home of the former Palm Beach Fish & Chips shop.

Khuda bought it for $6m in 2020.

Two years ago he secured approval for six luxury apartments by Rob Mills Architecture, above three ground-floor retail spaces.

There’s been no sign of marketing the luxury apartments yet.

Ondas has already completed a luxury new apartment development on North Steyne in Manly, where sales ranged from $7m to $18m.

Ondas also has approved plans for a 16-apartment project in Melbourne’s St Kilda, and a site secured for over $30m in Mosman last year.

Khuda has two apartments in Crown’s Barangaroo tower, costing a combined $31m. He also has two adjoining houses in Mosman.
