Nine estates in and around Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat have teamed up to offer big discounts in a sale event lasting just three days.  

Project marketer Oliver Hume has brought together these Victorian land developments in a limited-time deal to save buyers up to $48,000 if they pull the trigger on a land purchase. 

But buyers must act fast, as they can only access the savings from August 22 – 25, in what has been dubbed a sale event of “Black Friday” proportions for the Victorian land market. 

It’s a great opportunity to pounce, with some of the best prices that buyers will see across these communities, which range from city-fringe estates to country communities. Prices start from $231,200.
