“All the interest was from local buyers.

Mr Cowley said the data showed 380 people saved the property to their favourites, one of the biggest numbers he has seen recently.
“Locals are looking for these types of lifestyle properties, spacious acreages with a high calibre home,” he said.
“When a property like No.27 Starlight comes to market, local buyers are ready to put their best foot forward.
“It attracted 2500 views within the first 24 hours of going live online. That is being driven by people who have these suburbs saved and alerts set for new listings.”
