Celeb couple Rozalia and Nick Russian are selling 111 Lord St, Richmond.

High-profile fashion influencer Rozalia Russian and her husband, bar king Nick Russian, have listed their Richmond house with $2.8m-$3.m price hopes.

With more than 267,000 Instagram followers, Ms Russian, a former model, has collaborated with brands including Armani, Dior, Louis Vuitton, L’Oréal Paris and Tiffany.

Along with his brother Daniel, Mr Russian runs AC/DC Lane’s Bar Bambi.

The nightspot was named Time Out People’s Choice Award for Melbourne’s Favourite Bar in 2023.

It’s also a celebrity haunt where influencer Bec Judd and her husband, ex-AFL star Chris Judd, chef and restaurateur George Calombaris and footballer Christian Petracca have all been spotted.

Before opening the bar, Mr Russian and his brother operated the nightclub Eve Bar – which they sold in 2015 – where Olympic gold medal sprinter Usain Bolt, tennis legend Serena Williams and singer Britney Spears all partied.

The house is close to cafes, restaurants, public transport, Richmond High School and Melbourne Girls College.

The Russians’ four-bedroom, double-fronted house at 111 Lord St has hosted plenty of special events, mostly birthdays, Christmases and visits from their two children’s friends.

Ms Russian said before buying the house 12 years ago, one of the reasons she and her husband fell in love with it was the second living area which they have since transformed into a retreat and playroom where their son and daughter watch movies, build Lego and enjoy boardgames.

Another big attraction was the history of the circa-1870 residence, named Loyola.

“The original brickwork is still the same, some of the leadlighting is from 1870, there’s original fireplaces and ceiling roses as well,” Ms Russian said.

She said they have updated the house, darkening the oak floors, adding white plantation shutters and linen curtains, landscaping the garden and, in the past two years, installing new Miele kitchen appliances.

Ms Russian said she would especially miss a spot in the kitchen where they have been measuring their children’s heights with a pencil over the years.

“It’s been such a beautiful and loving family home,” Ms Russian said.

Loyola’s main living room can be closed off via sliding doors, while the main bedroom features an ensuite and a large walk-in wardrobe.

A study, guest powder room and double garage are among the other highlights.

There’s a large rear yard with a storage shed and a double garage that can be accessed via a rear laneway.

The house had hosted several birthdays and Christmases.

Ms Russian said the backyard’s tall trees and high fences make it a private and quiet “oasis in the city”.

“The only time you know you’re in Richmond is when the MCG siren goes,” she said.

Their family often walks to football games and Melbourne Park’s National Tennis Centre.

Ms Russian has also filmed many of her Instagram beauty and fashion videos at Loyola.

BigginScott’s Russell Cambridge, Julie Taylor and Edward Hobbs have the listing.

Mr Cambridge said families and downsizers have been among the main buyers showing interest.

Expressions of interest close on September 10.
