New PropTrack market trends data revealed Byron Bay jumped 14.2 per cent, Sunshine Beach climbed 12.8 per cent and Toorak rose 9.6 per cent in the past year as A-listers, tech founders and influencer families reshaped long-established prestige markets and redrew the country’s property map.
The surge aligns with increased activity in coastal lifestyle suburbs and acreage regions where limited supply and celebrity demand are lifting values.
