Rachael Finch and Michael Miziner sell Gold Coast site with approved house plans

The DA approved house design for 28 Pearl Beach Drive, Helensvale Wellness entrepreneur Rachael Finch and her husband Michael Miziner have listed their vacant Gold Coast block – just eight months after the model announced plans to move closer to her mother. Publicly-available property records show the genetically-blessed couple, who were partners on Channel 7’s Dancing With The Stars in 2010 and married in 2013, bought the 859sq m block on Pearl Drive at Helensvale in November last year for $1.75 million. Posting to Instagram, Finch described the move to Queensland as a “new chapter”. “The start of 2026 sees us moving interstate to the Gold Coast to be closer to my beautiful mum,” she said. “It’s been a long and hard decision to make but she needs us right now.
