12 Greenup Street, Redcliffe is the most viewed property in the country this week.
A Queensland home with a showstopper mid-century modern design has been crowned the most popular property this week in the country.
PropTrack data revealed the Redcliffe abode known as ‘Lantern’ recorded the highest number of views in the past seven days of any property on realestate.com.au.
The home at 12 Greenup St — just 250m from the beach — is being marketed by Tristan Rowland and Nick Cusick of Bright Estate Agents.
It has been on and off the market with different agencies since June, 2025 but the latest campaign has hit a sweet spot with potential buyers.

The house blends the indoors with the outdoors.
“We have had a lot of interest from multi-generational buyers, people in their 30s to that Baby Boomers era — they are interested in the versatility and the architecture,” Mr Rowland said.
“Baby Boomers have a soft spot for mid century modern and this one is new century and mid century together.
“The interest has come from all over the world but especially from expats and in particular Dubai.”

It is marketed as having “a real X factor” with potential passive income of up to $2,500 per day for fashion, jewellery, editorial, corporate branding, bios and personal campaigns.
“There is a huge amount of natural light because of the window to ceiling windows,” Mr Rowland said.
“It really is a unique design and even things like the tiles downstairs are found at the Calile Hotel (in Brisbane).

“A couple of buyers have made comments like ‘I feel like I’m at the Calile Hotel at happy hour’.
“It’s just a very different unique property and you can tell a commercial architect has been involved in the design as it has that commercial grade throughout.
“A few buyers have said it feels like they’re in a restaurant in a positive way.
“It just has so many unique attributes.”
